If you have a therapist, peer support, or case manager with ACTION, Inc., you are considered a current client. If you have attended previous groups, you are a client.
Adultish is a supportive group for young adults navigating the transition into independence. Through guided discussions, life skills training, and peer connection, participants build confidence, emotional resilience, and the tools to thrive in adulthood.
Our after school program combines homework help with daily emotional regulation, social skills practice, and problem-solving activities. Students leave feeling more prepared academically and emotionally for the challenges of school and life.
Our homeschool program creates a supportive space for social skills, emotional regulation, and peer connection. Students engage in therapeutic activities that promote learning, personal growth, and healthy friendships.
Where skills meet self-control, our therapeutic sports program blends teamwork, physical activity, and emotional growth. Youth build confidence, learn conflict resolution, and develop resilience through guided sports activities designed to strengthen both body and mind.
Our parent–child bonding classes use creative, hands-on activities to foster connection, trust, and communication. Families enjoy fun projects while learning tools to strengthen relationships and navigate challenges together.
Sister Circle is a supportive, skills-based program where youth build confidence, communication, and leadership while forming meaningful connections with peers. Older participants mentor younger ones through fun, hands-on activities that encourage growth and positive role modeling.
