ACTION, Inc offers several opportunities for youth, such as individual, family, and group mental health services.
One of the most attended classes is our FREE Adult-ish class that meets every Monday night from 5 to 7 PM. Adult-ish allows individuals from the community to come in to speak to our youth about available resources, teach them basic life skills, and assist them with social emotional learning. All youth are welcome, but our curriculum is geared toward middle and high school aged youth. Adult-ish also engages youth in enrichment courses where they are able to engage in classes that teach skills like photography, yoga, or cooking. Adult-ish also provides youth with evening and weekend events out in the community, such as football games, restaurant dining, skating, etc.
