ACTION, Inc. offers clinical services, family support, therapeutic programs, and community-based opportunities designed to meet children and families where they are. Some services require a referral, assessment, qualifying diagnosis, insurance authorization, or current enrollment with ACTION.

Individual, family, and group therapy that supports emotional wellness, healthier relationships, coping skills, and behavioral growth.
Coordinated support for eligible individuals and families who need help identifying goals, accessing services, and connecting with behavioral-health, medical, school, and community resources.
Peer-based encouragement, mentoring, skill-building, and advocacy provided by trained specialists with relevant lived experience.
Support for caregivers navigating behavioral-health needs, foster care, kinship care, adoption, and other family challenges.
Comprehensive autism assessments and recommendations for children and families seeking diagnostic clarification and next steps.
A therapeutic independent-living program for adolescents and young adults focused on life skills, communication, confidence, emotional wellness, relationships, and preparation for adulthood. Mondays 5-6:30 PM
Art Play Studio is a child-led, trauma-informed therapeutic group where children build emotional regulation, coping, communication, social skills, and more through creative activities like painting, slime, clay, and hands-on art play.
A therapeutic after-school program combining academic support with emotional regulation, social skills, relationship-building, and problem-solving activities.

A therapeutic homeschool program that supports social-emotional learning, communication, confidence, problem-solving, and healthy peer relationships.

A therapeutic recreation program that uses movement, teamwork, and guided recreation to strengthen confidence, emotional regulation, communication, resilience, and positive peer interaction. Tuesdays 5-6 PM.
A supportive group where girls build confidence, communication, leadership, healthy relationships, and meaningful peer connections through discussion, mentoring, and hands-on activities.
Feeling Explorer is a therapeutic group for children ages 5–7, offered every other Saturday, focused on helping kids understand emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen emotional regulation through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
